Natto with Mayonnaise, if you don’t like Natto

Hi there, this is Sue.

Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from soybeans fermented with Bacillus subtilis var. natto.(by wikipedia)
I didn’t like natto so much when I was young.
It was not tasty..but I was eating Natto for health.

But! My natto life turned to 180 degree!!

So I introduce my way to eat natto*

Rice 1 cup
Natto 1 Pack
Raw egg 1
Soy sauce or Dashi-tsuyu
Mayonnaise
Green onion

Put everything in a bowl.
I sometimes put more mustard in it.

Mix around 200 times by chopsticks.

Put the natto on a rice.

It’s soooo tasty!!
I call it Golden Rice bowl in Japanese(LOL)

Mayonnaise makes natto taste soft and less smell.
